Wellness Workshop

The Wellness Workshop is a bi-weekly event providing yoga, meditation, and interactive activities to enhance mental and physical well-being.

The Wellness Workshop is designed to equip attendees with the tools and knowledge necessary to prioritize their mental and physical health. We believe that by promoting self-care and mental health awareness, we can make a profound impact on the well-being of our community members who are often facing significant challenges due to life-altering circumstances. The workshop will include the following components:

☮️ Yoga & Meditation Sessions: Instructors will guide participants through yoga and meditation practices, helping them to reconnect with their bodies and minds.
🎨 Interactive Art Activities: The workshop will feature interactive activities designed to nurture both mental wellness through artistic expression.
🧘 Mindfulness Techniques: Learn valuable mindfulness techniques that will allow you to center your thoughts and emotions, promoting mental clarity and emotional resilience.
⚕️ Local Wellness Resources: Local wellness experts and clinicians will be readily available to provide resources and information to attendees, answering their questions and offering guidance both individually and through open panel discussions.
🤝 Community & Connection: Make deep connections with like-minded individuals who share your passion for art and mental health.

Registration Notes:
Please pre-register through Eventbrite & note that the drop-in fee is FREE. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up & settle in. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, water, and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.
